Yoga with Frances Beasley

Your Instructor

I bring a rich blend of life experience and expertise to my role as a passionate Yoga instructor. After a fulfilling career as an Operations Controller, where I managed complex business operations and led teams with strategy and insight, I retired and found a new calling in yoga. My background in management has instilled in me a deep appreciation for balance, structure, and well-being, which I now channel into helping others achieve mindfulness, flexibility, and inner peace. By integrating the discipline and focus from my corporate career into each class, I strive to guide students toward strength, balance, and harmony, both on and off the mat. With an unwavering commitment to personal growth, I love sharing yoga’s transformative power with people of all ages, showing them that it’s never too late to embrace new beginnings and live a life of health and vitality.
