Amid the noise, uncertainty, and challenges of our lives and our world, we are invited to turn inward, become aware of what is happening within us, and reconnect with the Divine Presence that is always there.

In this interactive and experiential workshop, we’ll create space to pause, reflect, listen, and connect—exploring what we may be ready to release and what may be seeking to emerge. Through personal reflection, meditation, compassionate listening, and heart-centered connection, we’ll discover how renewing our own spirit and opening our hearts to one another can reveal new possibilities for how we are called to live, love, serve, and show up in the world. PRESENTER

Rev. Ellen Barron is a Unity minister serving as Senior Minister of Unity of Raleigh Spiritual Center since August 2020. Her ministry is rooted in spiritual awakening, love, and the recognition of our oneness. Through practical, inclusive teachings grounded in Unity principles, she inspires people to awaken to their Divine within, discover their authentic selves, and live with greater peace, purpose, and joy.

Rev. Ellen Barron created and hosts Spiritual Insights for Challenging Times, a weekly podcast that offers practical spiritual principles and practices for navigating life’s challenges with greater peace, awareness, and possibility. Through meaningful conversations with spiritual leaders, she explores how timeless spiritual wisdom can be applied to everyday life and help us awaken more fully to our divine nature.

Passionate about building community both within and beyond the church, Rev. Ellen founded the Unity Holistic Wellness Center in 2022 to expand opportunities for spiritual growth and holistic well-being throughout the region. She also created Interfaith Conversations for Peace and Reconciliation, bringing together leaders from diverse faith traditions to foster understanding, dialogue, and connection with round table discussions.

Before coming to Raleigh, Rev. Ellen served as Director of Youth and Family Ministry at Unity of Fort Myers, where she also developed an outreach program for at-risk teens living in foster care group homes. She also served as a chaplain at Lee Memorial Hospital, offering compassionate spiritual support to patients and their families. Throughout her ministry, Rev. Ellen has been dedicated to creating welcoming, inclusive communities where people can deepen their spiritual understanding and express it through everyday living.
