The Miracle of Forgiveness

“Forgiveness does not mean that we suppress anger; forgiveness means that we have asked for a miracle: the ability to see through mistakes that someone has made to the truth that lies in all of our hearts.” – Marianne Wiliamson

According to the National Institutes of Health, forgiveness helps to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, provide better sleep and improve self-esteem. It also enhances our mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. During this workshop we will use Spiritual Wisdom to shine the Light of Love on our hearts and minds and free ourselves from the burden of unforgiveness.

BIOGRAPHY

Rev. Shirley Bowman served for several years at Unity of Phoenix and Central Phoenix Unity as a Licensed Unity Teacher and a Prayer Chaplain. She was ordained by Unity Institute and Seminary in 2009. She served as the minister at Unity of Murfreesboro in Tennessee from 2012 to 2015 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for UMMAS.
