Path to Oneness Chanting Workshop with Rev. Christy Snow

This workshop centers on Zikr (or Dhikr)—the Sufi chanting practice of repeating the names of God to cultivate inner peace and a sense of oneness. Rev. Christy also draws from 20 years of experience with Hindu and Buddhist chanting and blends these traditions in as well as drumming and her Native-style flute.

Your Presenter

Rev. Christy Snow, an ordained Science of Mind minister, has studied world religions and practiced interfaith work since 2005. She was initiated into the Mevlevi Sufi order—Rumi’s lineage—by Shaikhs Kabir & Camille of the Threshold Society in 2006.

Rev. Christy began her ministry in 2005 as co-pastor of the Spiritual Living Center of Charlotte where she served for 10 years. On January 1, 2018 she founded Awaken Spiritual Community, where she served until June 29, 2025. In addition to her music ministry, Rev. Christy is a sought after spiritual teacher, coach, speaker, and retreat facilitator. She teaches meditation and chanting to individuals and groups: both in-person in classes and VIP retreats, and through online platforms such as Insight Timer.
