We each arrive in this life with a sacred purpose and an inner divine blueprint designed to lead us toward the highest expression of our soul and the sharing of our unique light with the world to fulfill our highest potential. Yet as we journey through life, we accumulate fears, insecurities, self-doubt, and coping mechanisms that distance us from that purpose. Still, a quiet knowing lingers within, a deep soul whispering that we are meant for more, that our life holds greater meaning and divine alignment – but we often feel unsure how to access our fullest expression.

This workshop uses imagery, music, personal reflection, and heart-centered sharing to engage you in experiential activities that awaken your divine potential. Together, we will explore how events on life’s journey may have created spiritual blocks, learn to map and understand those imprints, and gently return to the radiance of your true self, empowering you to reclaim your inner power and live the life your soul came here to experience.

Your Presenter

Rev. Tami Johns is an ordained interfaith and interspiritual minister, currently serving as the Community Engagement Director at Unity of the Triangle in Raleigh, NC. Guided by a deep calling to foster spiritual connection and unity, she creates sacred spaces where individuals from all walks of life can come together in love, healing, and shared purpose. Through small group ministry, service opportunities, and outreach programs, she helps deepen community bonds and spiritual growth. With nearly three decades of involvement in the Unity and New Thought movement, Tami also draws deeply from her roots in the Baptist and African Methodist Episcopal traditions.

Before answering her soul’s call to full-time ministry, Tami cultivated a distinguished 25-year career in Human Resources, serving as a transformational leader in organizational and leadership development, talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, and executive coaching. She brought heart-centered guidance to Fortune 500 companies, leading cross-functional teams and senior leaders through initiatives rooted in authentic leadership and conscious organizational growth. Throughout her work, Tami viewed leadership as sacred service—empowering others to evolve, lead with purpose, and embody compassion in every decision.

Tami holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Human Resources Development and a master’s in Administration. A veteran of the United States Army, she brings strength, resilience, and service to everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, writing, cooking, and cherishing time with loved ones—including her faithful dog, Jasper.
