Embodied Wisdom: Ancient Methods for Modern Life with Rev. Karen Patrick

Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm EDT

Embodied Wisdom: Ancient Methods for Modern Life

What if you could feel joy without needing a reason, or confidence that isn’t linked to accomplishments? What if compassion came more naturally, with less effort and more ease? If that resonates, this workshop is for you.

We’ll explore three simple, yet powerful practices you can use anytime, anywhere: intentional spiritual forgiveness, focused breathing and movement, and awareness of the transformational power of your sacred anatomy. These methods, rooted in ancestral and indigenous wisdom, support emotional clearing and help you reconnect with your True Nature.

Through guided practice and shared insight, we’ll gently let go of outdated patterns and rediscover a deeper sense of presence. These time-tested tools offer authentic support in meeting modern stress with clarity, compassion, and ease.

This journey isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been. Join us in a space of renewal, reflection, and lasting practices that remain with you long after the workshop ends.
